FAQs

Where are you located?

I live, shop and ship from Rome, Italy

How do I shop with you?

Scroll through my online shop of objects, PDFs, and shopping guides and select the pieces that interest you.

When you add an item to your cart, you’ll be able to specify whether you’re an International customer requiring shipping, or whether you’ll pick your item(s) up in Rome.

Our physical items are all unique, one-off pieces. When you add one to your cart, it will be removed from the shop for 30 minutes to ensure that no one else is able to purchase it while you’re browsing. If you don’t complete check-out within 30 minutes, the item will be made available to everyone else in the shop again.

Check out, and expect an email with the details of your purchase! Downloadable items will be available immediately.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We use PayPal to process payments. You can opt to check out using your PayPal account (select “PayPal” during checkout), or with a major credit card, no PayPal account necessary (select “Credit/Debit” during checkout).

(If you choose Credit/Debit, you’ll be able to create a PayPal account during the checkout process if you like, but that’s very much optional.)

What are my shipping options?

International Customers:

Shipping costs are fixed per-item, based on weight and packaging. You’ll be able to see the shipping cost before adding an item to your cart. We ship worldwide.

  • Shipping goes out once a week, Economy International.
  • All customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • All import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Delays due to the customs regulations in your country are unfortunately out of my control.

Rome Customers:

  • Pickup location is at The Beehive on Via Marghera 8 (near Termini) on Friday afternoons for all orders placed by 9am on Thursdays.
  • Alternatively, Glovo courier delivery can be arranged (at cost).

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. If an error has been made on my side, please reach out. Although I do not engage in shipping vintage objects multiple times across our burning planet, I do believe in making good with humans. Give me a chance to make it right if I’ve made an error.
