Il Talismano della Felicità by Ada Boni is a classic Italian cookbook first published in 1928.
For almost 100 years this cookbook has been actively used or held as a precious keepsake in generations of Italian kitchens. It has been argued that Ada Boni’s treasure trove of recipes is a major work of Italian National Literature.
The text of this 1972 edition is in Italian with colorful photos sprinkled throughout the books 1188 pages that hold over 2,000 recipes. This copy is in excellent condition, printed in hard cover with the original case it’s sure to last for generations to come.

International Customers:
- Shipping goes out once a week, Economy International.
- All customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

- Delays due to the customs regulations in your country unfortunately are out of my control.
Rome Customers:
- Pickup location is The Beehive Hostel on via Marghera, 8 (near Termini) on Friday afternoons for all orders placed by 9am Thursday mornings. Orders placed after 9am on Thursdays will be available the following Friday.
- Alternatively, Glovo delivery can be arranged to your front door on a day you are home to receive it. Cost depends on your location; prices generally range from €8-€18. If you’d like to set that up, please contact us.
